Using flatbreads to make individual pizzas is an easy win on a weeknight, and here the floral warmth of rose harissa is stirred into cream cheese for a topping with plenty of flavour. These are topped with harissa, soft cheese, pancetta and pinenuts for a a bright and colourful start to the week.
Swap the bacon for feta or halloumi if you need your flatbreads to be vegetarian.
